Supportive was born when CEO and co-founder Ijan decided he wanted to learn more about people and communication after his own experiences with anxiety and depression. He studied NLP, Body Language, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and concluded that the way we communicate had radically changed thanks to technology and social media. He also realised there was a significant number of Australians that just couldn’t afford or access counselling. Ijan was determined to tackle this problem, and partnered with his close friend and colleague Garret to build Supportive — Australia’s first online therapy platform.
"Our purpose is to create happier people, homes and workplaces."
